Over 25 years of teaching & training experience, my journey began as a personal trainer and group class instructor.
Discovering my love for yoga during a chaotic time in my life just when I needed it most!
After completing B.A.C.P Psychospiritual counselling course I now creatively work in a person centred integrative environment to encourage healing of the mind body & heart combined.
Using a combination of techniques specific to your personal needs intuitively at your own pace.
This may be engaging in traditional breath & mindfulness techniques to art or eco therapy or maybe C.B.T to help promote your health & wellbeing on your therapeutic journey.
Helping you to cultivate & healthy self compassionate relationship with yourself & others.
